Acuerdo y políticas del voluntario
1. Los voluntarios de Social Call se comprometen a permanecer activos durante un mínimo de seis meses y conectarse con su pareja una vez por semana. Se fomenta una participación más prolongada. Los términos de este acuerdo continuarán siendo honrados por la duración de la participación activa del voluntario en el programa.

2. Si un voluntario no puede continuar llamando a su pareja debido a unas largas vacaciones, enfermedad o emergencia personal, debe consultar al personal de Social Call con anticipación cuando sea posible.

3. Los voluntarios mantienen un firme compromiso de conducta profesional. Toda la información de los participantes es confidencial. La información que el participante comparte con el voluntario no debe compartirse con los familiares o amigos del participante a menos que el participante lo especifique. La dirección y otra información de contacto de su Participante son estrictamente confidenciales. Esta misma confidencialidad se aplica a la información compartida entre voluntarios y miembros del personal.

4. En consideración a posibles problemas de responsabilidad para usted y Front Porch, los voluntarios y los participantes no deben entrar en ningún acuerdo o arreglo legal como poder notarial, albacea o testigo, etc.

5. Los voluntarios deben llevar a cabo su trabajo de manera segura y sin limitaciones debido al uso de alcohol, cannabis o drogas ilegales.

6. Cualquier sospecha de abuso de ancianos debe ser reportada inmediatamente al personal de Social Call. Al representar a Front Porch, cada voluntario, por extensión, se convierte en un denunciante obligatorio de sospecha de abuso de ancianos.

7. Si un participante se encuentra en una situación de crisis y no acepta retrasar su intención de suicidarse, el voluntario debe llamar al 911.

8. Los voluntarios y participantes no están permitidos aceptar o dar regalos financieros o préstamos. Los regalos no financieros pueden ser aceptados de acuerdo con el sentido de idoneidad ética.

9. Se espera que el voluntario llame al participante para confirmar la conexión en un plazo de 48 horas a partir de que se le haya comunicado el ofrecimiento de una conexión con un participante.

10. Los voluntarios aceptan proporcionar un informe de las visitas mensuales a su Coordinador de Programa.

11. Los voluntarios aceptan asistir a capacitación adicional y sesiones o reuniones de aprendizaje continuo.

Can I annotate fields to indicate their intended use?

Yes. You can provide "Help" to your users for any field:

1. On any page in your application, click "Customize" then "Fields". If it is a multi-table application, select the table.

2. Click the "Edit" button next to the field for which you want to add an annotation.

3. In the "Help" text input box, enter text that will assist your users, and click "Save".

Your text will appear when the user hovers over or clicks on the question mark icon next to that field on the Add Record and Edit Record pages.

    When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

    • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
    • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
